JULY 22, 2020 UPDATE: Scuba Diving has OFFICIALLY been approved in all of Baja California Sur! We are thrilled to be able to get back in the water and visit are friends under the surface. Currently, we are allowed to take a limited number of divers out for diving, snorkeling and all water activities with health and safety regulations in place. Contact us to book some local dives, or an exclusive trip with your closest friends to La Reina, Cabo Pulmo, Gordo Banks, or a Blue Water Excursion to see the Silky Shark Aggregations. JUNE 30, 2020 UPDATE : The port captain of Cabo San Lucas has decided to close the port to all water activities except sport fishing (yep, we know what you’re thinking…). We are currently awaiting a new update from the governor of Baja California Sur and the Los Cabos port captain of when we will be able to operate local tours again. We are hopeful that it will come within the week. Please feel free to contact us if you’d like to be added to our reopening updates list and our team will send you an email as soon as we have an update! This way you don’t have to keep checking back on this page. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and are very sad that we can not take you diving, but we are hopeful that we will be able to dive with all of our ninja friends and family very soon. JUNE 18, 2020 UPDATE: After three LONG dry months in LOCKDOWN, Baja California is slowly reopening for underwater activities! We have missed our fishy friends as much as we have missed our international dive buddies, but the health and safety of our guests is our top priority here at Dive Ninjas. Please check out our Covid-19 reopening policies and procedures that our team has dedicated countless hours preparing to ease the concerns as travellers plan for a much needed dive holiday! Two Last Minute Mobula Trips Available!
The reopening couldn’t have come at a better time, because Mobula season is still among us! All month long, we have had reports from our Captain of the enormous schools of mobulas jumping right off the coast from our beach house. Orcas and fin whales have also been spotted amongst the wildlife there! Therefore, we are ecstatic to announce that we will be running two mobula ray trips for anyone who can join us. A private casita on the beach with your own chef on an endless stretch of beach overlooking the abundant Sea of cortez awaits you. Watch the sunset as these floppy sea pancakes, officially known as, mobula munkina, rhythmically fly out of the water and slap the surface. Contact us ASAP if you want to join us either June 24-28th or June 28th-July 2nd. If you have more than 4, we can organize a private expedition.

Whether you are a beginner, and want to see what the fuss is all about, or you’re an advanced diver looking for challenging new experiences, we have a variety of dive sites here in Baja California Sur that we are just dying to show you. From schools of scalloped hammerheads at Gordo Banks, bull sharks in Cabo Pulmo, nudi branches and mobula rays in the Cabo Marine Park, and turtles, eagle rays, and swarms of fish in the Corridor, there is so much to explore. Special Silky Shark Migration Expedition!
We’re cooking up something special for our shark loving ninjas! Imagine being surrounded by 30+ silky sharks in the bright blue waters off the coast of Los Cabos! Every summer we witness this special migration of Silky Sharks as they visit the waters off Los Cabos. Our team is working on 2 special 5 day expeditions to see this incredible encounter.
