Our Ninja PADI IDC program is unlike anything else in the industry. In addition to learning to become a PADI Instructor, our instructor candidates will develop further tools and understanding to help protect our planet’s oceans and all of their remarkable inhabitants. The course includes additional workshops on marine conservation such as Dive Ninjas’ own PADI Whale Defender distinctive specialty course, workshops on shark & ray tourism taught by esteemed shark scientist, Dr Frida Lara, as well as other marine scientists actively working on research in Baja, programs on creating sustainable tourism projects, links to our partner programs with Project AWARE, introductions to freediving, tec, & sidemount diving, and so much more.

Anders & Aitor bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to your course with over 20 years teaching PADI courses helping hundreds of students like you realize their dreams to become some of the most sought after instructors in the industry. Plus as PADI Course Directors they have worked on developing some of the top IDC programs in Mexico. They are also accomplished Technical Diving & Trimix Diving Instructors & Instructor Trainers, Cave Diving Instructor, and much more.
As the founder of Dive Ninjas, an active conservationist, and award winning underwater photographer, Jay brings a unique spectrum of experience to your course. Outside of being a PADI Master Instructor, Technical & Trimix Diving Instructor, Jay holds a long list of instructor level credentials and accolades. He is actively involved in multiple conservation and research projects and has created numerous sustainable tourism programs such as our Whale Defender program in Los Cabos, and the soon to be released Apex Predator Diver & Devil Ray Conservation courses.
