Join us July 6-13, 2019 as we explore the west end of Grand Bahama on an exciting new itinerary to Tiger Beach and the surrounding area! We’ll visit these remote areas via liveaboard in search of all different types of sharks – tiger sharks, lemon sharks, Caribbean reef sharks, nurse sharks, hammers and more!  Plus we’ll be offering up to 5 dives per day on this trip to get you in the water as much as possible with these beautiful creatures!

The West End of Grand Bahama is rarely visited by guests and is home to many creatures – both large (sharks, dolphins, etc) and small (grouper, snapper, turtles, assorted reef fish, etc).   At least one day during the trip will be dedicated to dive at the area know as “Tiger Beach” where we will try to attract sharks using a “scent triangle”.  Please note:  All shark interactions are natural, passive, and observational in style.  The Aggressor Fleet does not actively feed sharks nor chum the waters.

For this expedition, we have chartered the Bahamas Aggressor, a gorgeous liveaboard purpose built for diving in the Bahamas.  The ship has air conditioning in all indoor areas, and boasts a spacious sun deck, as well as a jacuzzi on the sundeck for relaxing with an evening cocktail as the sun sets over the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Available rooms are either quad or double occupancy depending on your preference. All meals aboard the Bahamas Aggressor are included as well as snacks, soft drinks, and local beer & wine.

Logistics:
The Bahamas Aggressor operates out of Freeport, Grand Bahama Island for the Tiger Beach trips. Airport transfers are not included with the cost of your charter. At the end of the charter, the crew will assist with organizing transportation to the airport or hotel if you are extending your stay. You should be at the ship ready to board between 4 – 5 p.m. The yacht will depart for the first anchorage at 6 pm.

What’s Included:
Full accommodation, 4 delicious meals per day (continental breakfast, hot breakfast, lunch, dinner & dessert, plus snacks, soft drinks, local beers & wine), up to 5 dives per day including night dives (+/- 27 dives total), presentations, site briefings, and onboard facilities such as the hot tub  and lounge.

What’s Not Included:
Port fee of $110 per person (payable onboard in cash), crew tips/gratuities (10-15% is recommended), gift shop purchases, nitrox (available for $100 for the week), rental gear, or airport transfers.
