Our Ninja PADI IDC program is unlike anything else in the industry. In addition to learning to become a PADI Instructor, our instructor candidates will develop further tools and understanding to help protect our planet’s oceans and all of their remarkable inhabitants. Our Ninja PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) team is led by Course Director Walter Schmit, who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to your course, with over 20 years of experience as a dive professional and 10,000 dives under his belt. He has helped hundreds of students like you realize their dreams to become some of the most sought-after dive instructors in the industry. Additionally, as a PADI Gold Course Director, he has contributed to the development of some of the world’s top IDC programs working in the Maldives, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Mexico, and Europe. Walter is also an accomplished Technical Diving Instructor Trainer, Cave Diving Instructor, Rebreather diver, and so much more.
As the founder of Dive Ninjas, an active conservationist, and award-winning underwater photographer, Jay Clue brings a unique spectrum of experience to your course. In addition to being a PADI Master Instructor, Technical & Trimix Diving Instructor, Cave Diver, and rebreather diver, Jay holds a long list of over 40 instructor-level credentials and accolades. He is actively involved in multiple conservation and research projects and has developed numerous sustainable tourism programs, including our Whale Defender program in Los Cabos.
